Shopping at Bennett and Claire
Found a great item you absolutely want? Fantastic!
Now choose the colour and/or size you want and press 'Add to cart'. Of course, you can continue shopping in peace; you can always return to your shopping basket by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right. Please note: placing items in your shopping basket does not mean they are reserved.
Finished shopping? Then it’s time to complete your order. Click on the shopping cart icon at the top right to go to your items. On the next screen, you can adjust the quantities if necessary. Then click on 'Proceed to checkout'. This will take you to the checkout page, where you can easily enter all your details in one place.

Shipping costs at Bennett and Claire
At Bennett and Claire, we take care of the shipping costs. You pay no shipping fees.
Tracking your Delivery at Bennett and Claire
Yes! All orders are shipped with Track & Trace. You can follow the status of your order via the order status page. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Please note: it may take some time before the Track & Trace information becomes available.
Delivery times at Bennett and Claire
At Bennett and Claire, we strive for fast and secure delivery of all our products. Orders placed before 3PM on working days are usually processed the same day.
Please note: many of our products are shipped directly from our international warehouses. The average delivery time is 5 to 10 business days after processing. In rare cases, customs inspections may cause slight delays. Thank you for your understanding.
Not at home during delivery: what now?
If delivery is not possible, your package will be held at the courier’s distribution centre for 7 days. The driver will leave a notification with details about the pick-up location.
If you do not receive this notification, please first contact the courier. You can also reach us at info@bennettandclaire.com.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. Because we process and ship orders quickly, there is only a small chance of correcting an address after placing an order.
If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Package
Bennett and Claire is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must report this within 14 days of the indicated delivery date.
The courier will then initiate an investigation. We will keep you updated until this investigation is completed.
